Block Club Rules & Regulations

  1. Respect: All players must respect each other, regardless of their status or position in the game. Bullying, harassment, discrimination or any form of disrespectful behaviour will not be tolerated.
  2. No Griefing: Destroying, defacing or building on another player's property without explicit permission is strictly prohibited.
  3. No Cheating/Exploits: The use of any cheat, hack, mod, exploit, or any other tool, method, or means to gain unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited.
  4. No Spamming: This includes advertising, flooding the chat, or typing in all caps excessively.
  5. Impersonation: Impersonating other players, staff members, or any other individual is not allowed.
  6. Language: Use of offensive, discriminatory or otherwise inappropriate language is not allowed. This includes swearing, discrimination, threats, and other inappropriate remarks.
  7. Personal Information: Asking for, sharing, or publishing personal information of others is not allowed.
  8. No begging: Asking for money, items, ranks, or other favors is not allowed.
  9. Follow instructions from staff: If a staff member gives you an instruction, you must follow it.

Violation of these rules can lead to temporary or permanent bans, based on the severity of the violation and past conduct.

Forum/Website Rules & Regulations

  1. Respect: All users must treat each other with respect. No flaming, trolling, harassing, discrimination or any disrespectful behaviour.
  2. No Advertising: Users are not allowed to advertise or promote other websites or services.
  3. Appropriate Content: All content posted must be suitable for all ages. No NSFW, offensive, illegal or otherwise inappropriate content.
  4. No Spam: Spamming posts or threads is not allowed.
  5. Stay On-Topic: Keep discussions within the context of the thread's original post.
  6. No Duplicate Posts: Avoid posting the same thread or reply in multiple places.
  7. Respect Privacy: Do not disclose personal information about others without their express permission.
  8. Follow Moderator Instructions: If a moderator gives you a directive, you must follow it.

Failure to adhere to these rules can result in temporary or permanent bans, as well as other disciplinary actions.

Please note that these rules are subject to change, and it is the responsibility of the user to stay updated on any modifications.

Punishments

  1. First Offense: The first time a rule is broken, the player will receive a warning and may be temporarily muted or kicked from the server.

  2. Second Offense: If the same rule is broken again, or another rule is broken, the player will receive a temporary ban lasting anywhere from one day to one week, depending on the severity of the offense.

  3. Third Offense: A third violation will result in a longer ban, ranging from one week to one month.

  4. Fourth Offense: Any further offenses will lead to a permanent ban from the server.

Severe offenses, such as harassment, hate speech, cheating, or releasing personal information, may result in an immediate temporary or permanent ban, regardless of whether it's the player's first offense. The length and severity of the ban will be at the discretion of the server administrators.

Appeals

Players who have been punished and feel that the punishment was unjust, or that they have served their time and would like to be reinstated, can appeal their case through our official server forum. Here's how to do it:

  1. Create an Appeal Post: Navigate to the "Ban Appeals" section of our forum and create a new post.

  2. Required Information: Your post must include the following details:

    • Your real name.
    • Your in-game name (IGN).
    • The reason you were given for the ban.
    • The date you were banned.
  3. Reasoning: In your post, you should provide a detailed explanation of why you believe the punishment was unjust or why you believe you should be allowed back on the server. Be sure to be honest, sincere, and respectful in your appeal.

  4. Wait for Response: After you submit your appeal, please wait patiently for a response. The moderation team will review your appeal and respond in due time.

Please note that submitting an appeal does not guarantee that your punishment will be lifted. The final decision rests with the server administrators.
